- What do I get?
- Full access to Lock in for the time you pick: notes, flashcards, practice questions, timed practice exams, AI marking and the exam countdown, for every subject in your year. Ask AI and AI marking are included.
- How do I get my key?
- It appears straight after paying and is saved to your account, so it works on any device you sign in on. If you bought it on this website, enter it in the app once.
- Is there a free option?
- Yes. Every new account gets a free day: 24 hours with everything unlocked, and no card needed. It starts when you make your account, so you can try it before you pay.
- Will I be charged again?
- No. It's a single payment with no auto-renew. When your time runs out, you can buy another week or term if you want one.
- Who handles the payment?
- Stripe. Checkout happens on Stripe's secure page, and Lock in never sees your card details. Prices are in Australian dollars.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, if you ask within 48 hours of buying and the pass hasn't been substantially used. Email hello@lockinstudy.site. The refund policy has the details, including your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- Can I use it on my phone?
- Yes. Open lockinstudy.site/app in your phone's browser and enter the same key.
